Chelsea insist on Varane and Dortmund are keen on Jesé

It remains a priority for Jose Mourinho ahead of next season. The Chelsea coach is looking for a centre-back at any cost and on Monday, the Daily Mail once again reported that signing Raphael Varane is his top priority. It was the Portuguese who gave him his debut at Real Madrid. As Varane is a not a guaranteed starter at Real Madrid, José Mourinho has already initiated contact with the French defender to tell him that if he joins him at Stamford Bridge he would become one of Chelsea’s ‘untouchable’ figures.

Meanwhile, the website Goaldigital.com points out that Borussia Dortmund, who are battling to preserve their status as a Bundesliga club, have another Real Madrid youngster, Jesé, on their agenda. Their intention is to ask Real Madrid to sign the player on loan if he doesn’t feature in their first-team plans.
