Córdoba will welcome Atlético Madrid on Saturday evening with four new inclusions in their squad. The Algerian Nabil Ghilas, the Brazilian Edimar Fraga and José Angel Crespo are all fit again after injury, while Fausto Rossi has returned to the squad too.
The Italian was left out of new coach José Antonio Romero’s first squad, but he has now been handed an opportunity. This is not the case for the Cameroonian Patrick Ekeng, David ‘Deivid’ Rodríguez and Eduard Campabadal, who have once again been left out of the squad for technical reasons, as they were when they did not travel to San Sebastián for the defeat at Real Sociedad last time out.
Romero is without the suspended defensive trio of Aleksandar Pantic Iñigo López and Daniel Pinillo, while Fede Vico and Iago Bouzón are still absent through injury.
The squad is formed of the goalkeepers Juan Carlos Martín and Mikel Saizar; the defenders Gunino, Crespo, Edimar; the midfielders Abel Gómez, Krhin, Luis Delgado 'Luso', López Silva, Fidel, Rossi, Heldon, Zuculini, Fede Cartabia, Borja García and the forwards Bebé, Ghilas and Florin.
