Keylor: “I’ve no reason not get along with anyone”

Keylor Navas spoke in the mixed zone after making his Real Madrid debut in Saturday’s friendly with Fiorentina in Warsaw. The keeper was unable to celebrate the occasion with a victory. “Now we have to focus on the next game, there is an important trophy to be won and we will be battling with everything we’ve got to win it,” the Costa Rican said.

“It was a shame that we couldn’t win tonight but I felt comfortable out there – the overall sensations were very positive. Getting that first contact with my team mates was important. We’ve got to keep working and improving every day,” he continued.

Relationship with the rest of the squad: “I’m relaxed about that; I’ve no reason at all not get along with anyone here. I’ve come here to work hard with humility and push myself– just like I have done all through my life. I am at the coaching staff’s disposal, I will never give up and I will continue working as hard as I can every day”.
