Mascherano to sign Barça contract extension on 26 August

FC Barcelona announced today that a date has been arranged for Javier Mascherano to sign his contract extension. Mascherano, who has agreed to stay on with the Blaugranas until 2018, will formally put his signature to the new contract on 26 August. The new arrangement sees Mascherano’s buy-out fee rocket to 100 million euros.
