Carlo Ancelotti spoke to the assembled press ahead of Real Madrid’s Champions League encounter against Liverpool.

El Clásico and Ramos: “It seems strange to me to think about Saturday’s match. We are thinking about this match. Ramos is training himself so that he can be available on Saturday.”

Bale: “Bale injured himself while he was taking a shot in training on Friday. It seemed like he had overextended the muscle but X-rays were taken and it now seems like it this instead. This is incredible - we are at Anfield and you’re speaking to me about squads [for the Clásico].”
