Busquets to undergo tests after suffering ankle injury

Sergio Busquets ended tonight’s Copa del Rey semi-final being carried off on a stretcher after suffering a nasty ankle injury. Tomás Pina stamped on Busquet’s left ankle as both challenged a ball in the move which led to Villarreal’s equaliser. The Barça player had to be taken off on a stretcher and will undergo tests on his ankle tomorrow. Afterwards, Luis Enrique said he had heard no updates on Busquet’s condition: “He could be out for a few days or longer, until we get the results of the tests, we don’t know”.
