Moyes starts with a point

David Moyes started his career in Spain with a positive start (the first half) and suffering (second half). What’s true is that both Deportivo and Real Sociedad deserved nothing more than their lone point. The point does neither side any favours and keeps both teams hovering around the bottom of the league table, a zone they have both frequented since the start of the season.

Víctor started from the outset with three central defenders. Moyes, opted for a La Real team which started the game strongly and could have gone in ahead at the break had Carlos Vela converted one of the chances that came his way. As the game progressed, Depor found their way into the game and the visiting side lost the intensity that their new coach has being trying to install in his new team at the Zubieta training ground this week.
