Zidane spent today at the Stade de Rennes, in a training session given by Philippe Montanier. Zizou wasn’t alone. Claude Makelele, the Bastia coach until last weekend and Girondins Bordeaux coach, Willy Sagnol were also present at the event organized by the FFF (French Football Federation) for ex-players attempting to secure their official coaching badge. This accreditation will be awarded to them next May and will see them secure the UEFA Pro Level III license and will allow them to train in any country recognized by FIFA.
Zidane has been having problems in Spain. He can still coach Castilla thanks to the decision made by the TAD (Sports Arbitration Committee) who overturned a decision to ban the French coach for three months made by the Spanish football Federation.
