Real Madrid finalised the organisation of their squad before Sunday’s game against Getafe in the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez (12:00 CET). The latest news to come out of Saturday’s training session was Arbeloa’s return to the training ground; however, the full-back was left off the squad sheet after missing the Copa del Rey derby against neighbours Atleti due to an injury to his right knee.
On the Valdebebas turf Ancelotti also had homegrown player Álvaro Medrán available. One notable absentee was Pepe, who is currently sidelined because of a rib injury picked up against Atlético that is set to keep him out for three weeks.
Real Madrid squad sheet:
Goalkeepers: Casillas, Keylor Navas and Pacheco.
Defenders: Varane, Ramos, Carvajal, Marcelo and Nacho.
Midfielders: Khedira, Kroos, James Rodríguez, Bale, Isco, Illarra and Medrán.
Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema, Chicharito and Jesé.
