Carvajal: “We’re going to the Camp Nou to win”

Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal headed over to speak to Canal+ as soon as tonight’s match against Levante (a 2-0 win for Real at the Bernabéu) was over and had the following to say:

It’s three points, no goals conceded and now we’re going after Barça. We’ve not had a good month but the League is in our hands [Madrid are one point behind Barcelona at the top of the league] and we’re in the Champions League quarter-final, and not many can say that.

Ramos back with the side

Sergio is an amazing player and you note [his return] even though we have a big squad.

Does the return of Modric and Ramos make Madrid stronger?

The main thing is that we’re all available.

Are Barça favourites?

In a Clásico there’s no such thing.

Would you take a draw in the Camp Nou?

Not at all. We’re going to the Camp Nou to win.
